A. Signature Butter® brand of specialty Butter portions are made with only “AA” USDA grade kosher OUD Butter, our Butter portions are a solid Butter and not whipped like other manufacturers. Taste the difference!

A. USDA Butter is a grade that is defined by the government as standards for Butter.
We only use USDA “AA” grade kosher OUD Butter that is shielded (certified) by the government. Taste the difference!

| Q. What is Liquid Nitrogen tunnel? |
A. Liquid Nitrogen tunnel is simply a freezer tunnel that you use to freeze product fast. It is the preferred method to freeze product with out contamination. We have three (3) tunnels in our Houston facility alone and to the best of our knowledge we are the only one in the world that has that many tunnels in one facility. Taste the difference!

A. Liquid gold is made with 100% “AA” USDA grade kosher OUD Butter vs. other brands that make their product with cream. Taste the difference!

A. Liquid Gold® has no added preservatives or additives. Shelf stable is achieved with the patent pending process we use. We are not adding anything to the product; it is what we take out. Taste the difference!

A. For optimal results we recommend storing our product in room temperature. To extended shelf life and preserve the freshness of the products you may want to store the product in the refrigerator. Taste the difference!

| Q. what is the difference between drawn butter and Liquid Gold® clarified butter? |
A. Drawn butter is butter that has been melted, solids left in, its cloudy and milky in taste. Drawn butter also needs to be refrigerated.
Liquid Gold® brand of Clarified butter is melted then the solids removed and clarity and taste are greatly enhanced .
Clarified is used when you need a high smoking point, clean smooth mouth feel taste and a pure Ingredient.
Drawn is used for things like lobster dipping and at times of emulsification sauces. Taste the difference!
